Dine on refined British food from a selection of seasonal changing menus courtesy of executive chef Massimo Tebaldi.
The Bolingbroke’s stunning glass-roofed dining room provides a light and airy daytime setting for lunch and turns into a romantic space in the evening where couples can dine under the stars.
Delicious dishes could include manuka smoked duck breast with fennel, bitter leaves and an English blackberry salad or ham hock terrine with parsley, olive and gherkin salad to start. For main course enjoy juicy grilled salt marsh lamb steak with anchovy and caper butter or guinea fowl breast and confit leg with mashed potato, creamed leeks and Madeira gravy. For those with room, indulgent desserts include apple crumble with custard and sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream.
Children are for fully catered for with their own menu, which includes homemade cottage pie and a small roast dinner.
