A series of inspirational masterclasses

Renaissance Pubs have launched 'Women in the Know' - a series of fun and informal monthly events that are guaranteed to inspire, motivate and awaken a passion for learning.

Each masterclass includes the tutorial plus a delicious main course, dessert and a glass of wine, all for just £15.

Women in the know – Pasta-making master class

Join Massimo Tebaldi, Renaissance’s very own Executive Chef, for a culinary afternoon where he will demonstrate his amazing skills and divulge the secret to the art of successful pasta-making.

Learn how to prepare pasta like a true Italian: making the dough from scratch, rolling it in to wafer thin tagliatelle and creating stuffed tortellini. Guests will then be able to take their creations home to enjoy with family and friends.

After the master class, you will move on to the dining room in The Rosendale for a delicious two course set menu with a glass of wine and the chance to ask Massimo any questions about the joys of Italian cooking.
